DC Startup Weekend Logo
The weekend of October 26th through 28th I will be participating in DC Startup Weekend. I have strong concerns about the potential chaos but am still extremely excited — I love anything that brings this community together to try and bring great ideas to life! However, it looks as though my participation has begun a bit earlier than expected. A call for logo concepts was put out a week or so ago and with a little free time late night and some inspiration I whipped something together.
It was pretty nice to hear last week that my logo was picked as the logo of choice for the event. As a designer it is always nice when your work is actually apart of something as opposed to just yourself; branding being particularly nice!

@Jay, it was complete chaos! A fun experience from a fun community perspective … a terrible disappointment from a serious business venture perspective.
