Brian Suda of http://suda.co.uk has created an extremely helpful “Microformats Cheatsheet”. For those new to microformats or actively implementing them – this is an amazing resource. The cheatsheet is currently available for download in PDF form (72.93 KB). The original and most up-to-date PDF is available on Brian’s site.
Micrformats are a rising technology and while I am uncertain of their evolution or place in a business-centric web culture – tools like Brian’s are surly helping pave the way.

Brian describes this “cheatsheet” as:
This is a very early iteration of a microformats cheat sheet. It lists the properties by format and also lists each format and the hierarchy. This includes elemental microformats, compound microformats and some of the standard design patterns used.

I got a nice note from Brian Suda the other day and felt it might be worth sharing.
“I noticed that you have written several blog posts about microformats! It is great to see more and more people excited and talking about the technology, even if they are not completely onboard yet. It helps us better define our answers to common questions and address many of these concerns, etc.”
w3c already has a spec for this. its called xml-schema.
just link the xml for your site in the head element of your html from a rel link, and use schemas in your xml.
HA HA! Interesting comment Robert — you do bring up a good point that I’ve heard a few people bring up.
